Account Setup

Welcome to your complete account setup guide for MenthorQ! Whether you’re brand new to the platform or looking to maximize your access to our institutional-grade quantitative trading data, this lesson walks you through everything you need to get organized and start trading with confidence.

The first step is logging into your account by visiting mentorq.com and clicking the login button. Once logged in, you’ll access your account profile section and account dashboard, where you can explore all the tools, models, and data available based on your membership level. The Getting Started section provides essential links including the dashboard demo video, TradingView connection instructions, and access to our From Zero to Trader or Getting Started course.

Our platform offers extensive learning resources through the Academy and Guides sections. The Academy covers everything from basic technical analysis and options trading to advanced strategies and futures trading. You’ll find dedicated courses on using MenthorQ data, including gamma level scores, blind spots levels, and our swing trading model. The Guides section provides detailed documentation on all our products, including core resistance, put support, HIVAL level, one day expected move indicator, and JAX levels.

Connecting your trading applications is straightforward through our trading integration section at the bottom of the dashboard. For TradingView, you’ll need to copy your TradingView user ID from your profile page and paste it into the connection field. Once connected, you’ll see MenthorQ indicators appear in an invite only section within TradingView’s indicators menu. We also support other platforms like NinjaTrader, which requires your machine ID and uses our API key system.

Joining our community is easy through Discord. Simply click the Community button or the “Enter your Discord community” link in the Start section. You’ll see whether your account is connected or not connected, and can authorize the connection with just a few clicks. Our community hosts weekly live events where you can engage with other traders and our team.

So whether you are brand new here and just joined, or you are looking to level up and learn more, this video will walk you through exactly what you need to know to get set up, get organized and start using our platform. So let's get started. The first step is to log into your account.

You can do that by going to our website, mentorq.com and clicking on the login button all the way at the top here. Once you log in, you'll be able to access your platform, your dashboard and access our data. By logging in you will get to this page where you're going to get into your account profile section and your account dashboard. And based on your membership, you'll be able to access all our tools, our models and data. So the first step is to look at our getting Started section.

So here we have a lot of links and steps that you can follow. So if you are new, you can start looking at the dashboard demo video, take a look at the dashboard, start connecting your TradingView account and you can also join our from zero to trader or Getting Started course right here. Next step, you want to complete your profile and if you have a Discord account and you want to join our Discord community, you can also connect your Discord account here. And then finally you can access all our resources so you can join our live event. We do weekly events live.

And you can also look at our resources, our guides and our academy right there. Let's take a look at the different resources that are available to you to get to know the platform, to learn about Mentor Queue and to actually be actionable right in the market straight away. So first of all we provide you with all the documentation and support you need and you can find this right here within our academy or guides. So let's start with the Academy. Within the academy you can actually access a lot of really interesting courses from really the basics of technical analysis, option trading, advanced strategies, but also you can look at futures trading.

But the most important is really looking at how to use our data. So for example, if you scroll down you will get access to our gamma level scores, our blind spots level. We have our swing trading model here, how to use the Mentor Q model. So everything is really covered right here from product session to actually actionable courses on how to start trading. So you can look at our live trading sessions, our Trading with Mentor queue, and then of course we have a lot of really advanced courses on options, technical analysis, trading and volatility.

So we really believe those can really help you level up your trading knowledge and so make use of it because you have full access. Next is really looking at our guides and our resources. So let's go through the section very quickly. So first is if you get lost and you don't know how to get started, you can access all our getting started section right here. Whether you're looking for more clarity about the models and the data, you're looking at the academy you're looking at getting set up, or you're just simply looking for a product demo, everything is here. Next is take a look at our backtesting. So we provide quant models and we also provide interesting documents about our backtesting results.

So if you're looking at for example the success rate of our one day max and one day minimum or the success rate of our swing levels, you can find it here. And also we do have some quant strategies available with our Q score that you can find through the strategy section. So all those are available here to see. Next is optimization products. For example, if you want to learn more about our gamma levels and you wanted to see what the core resistance put support, HIVAL level, one day expected move indicator or any of the JAX levels are, you can click on any of these, on any of these guides and you will find all the documentation there. But here you will find everything you need to integrate, e.g. mentor queue to NinjaTrader or any of the other platform right there. And then finally we have at the bottom our knowledge base. The next step is how to connect your Discord account and join our community. So you can do that in a couple of ways. So you can click on the Start section right here where it says enter your Discord community, or you can click on the Community button right there. So if your account is not connected, you will see a not connected icon right here. If your account is connected, you will see a connected icon right there.

But you can always change the account that you have connected. So simply click on the link here and you'll get to this section. If you have a Discord account and you open it up, you just simply click on Connect and you'll be able to connect your your Discord account right there. This will basically bring you to this page. Just click on Authorize and you'll be able to connect.

If you don't have a Discord account, you can simply create a new one. Click on the link right there and create a new account and then you'll be able to do the same and connect your account. The next step is to access our integration and connect your Trading application where you can start using our gamma levels and our models directly onto your platform. To do that, you can either click on the section right here where it says Connect TradingView if you want to connect your TradingView account, or we can go in the app. So by clicking on the app we will join our dashboard and at the bottom of the dashboard you will have your trading integration.

So we have every platform is listed right there. So let's look at how to connect our TradingView account. Once you click there, you will need to enter your TradingView user ID right there. To find your TradingView user ID, we can simply go to our TradingView platform and then click on the top left corner where you see your logo or your icon right there and just simply click on Profile.

The account or the user ID that you need to copy is your account. This is our account, so don't copy our account, but just go to your training view page and copy your account the same that you find here. If you don't know how to find it, let's just go back and see. You can find your account at the top left, right there and just click on Profile and then that's where you will find your account. Simply copy this text and let's go back to our Mentor Queue dashboard, paste our TradingView account, click Save and Connect and in a matter of a few seconds your account will be successfully connected and you'll be able to see the different indicators that you have access to.

Once you are connected, we can go back to TradingView and then now click on indicators and now you will see that you have an invite only section popping up right there and by clicking here you can simply see the Mentor queue indicators and then just click on one of the indicators and you'll be able to just add it to your chart. If you wanted to connect other applications just simply click on the application section right there. For example if we go on Ninja Trader and just follow the different steps. So in the case of NinjaTrader we will need to require your machine ID and then you will be able to access our indicator here and our API key. Similar to NinjaTrader we also have other platform where you will find the indicator and the API key right there.
